Atomic Hawx Ultra XTD 120 BOA GW is a versatile freetour boot with a stiff flex and low volume. They are designed for skiers exploring all areas of the mountain and ready for hours of use. With a narrow 98mm shell, this model combines skitouring solutions with high downhill performance. It features Alpine's micro-adjustable BOA® Fit system, which wraps the lower shell around the foot for a precise fit. Downhill performance is enhanced by the boot's Prolite construction, which combines a slim profile with additional reinforcements in sensitive zones. Memory Fit technology allows for individual adjustment of the cuff and shell. A similar function is performed by the Mimic Platinum liner, which adapts to the shape of the foot. Adaptive Fit System (AFS) allows the position of the cuff tongue to be adjusted to the foot and shin. The cuff's 54° of natural mobility ensures a comfortable climb and comfort when stationary. These touring boots feature the Free/Lock 4.5 solution - a robust mode-switching mechanism (climbing/descending) that allows you to adjust the forward lean. The specific design prevents snow from sticking to the mechanism. The GripWalk sole is compatible with all GripWalk, MN, MNC bindings and pin models.
